She has over two decades of experience providing business analysis expertise in project delivery, implementation, test coordination, support, and training for different IT projects across multiple industries.

She has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and Engineering Management from the University of Ottawa, Canada. She is passionate about training, coaching, and empowering people interested in transitioning to the Business Analysis role.
